To tell a little about me; I am a personal tainer and have been in the health and fitness industry since early 2003.
I now run my own personal training business called... Re-New Health & Fitness situated in Narre Warren just off Narre Warren/Cranbourne Rd. Check out my website,

I specialise in weight-loss, body sculpting, sports specific training, body building and general fitness and preparation or quick fixes for up-coming photo-shoots!
I have been engaged for a little over 6 months now to my beautiful girl Anthea who you will see in my pics. We are getting married on the 12th of January 2008.
I like sunsets and long walks along the beach....hehe

haha mine was pretty good!my easter actually started pretty early... like thursday last week! went around the coast with a few mates of mine for an easter surf trip... and came back around friday for a family thing... then went to a mates birthday saturday, sunday + monday... spent it going back and forth to family and friends lol tuesday + wed = work. today = being lazy. tomorrow = _____________ probably going out to annoy a few people for my own entertainment haha party girl, why yes i am... BUT mind you, i party sober! =D |
