It may have been another of the collections to beckon forth a return of the one shouldered dress, but Manning Cartell’s LMFF catwalk seemed more eager to prove that sheers and cutaways very much have a place on the streets of Australia this coming winter.
Amongst a collection of block cuts and brash colours those sheers and cutaways were sorely needed: without them looks such as the above might have been altogether without femininity.
