Once you know that the make-up look designed to compliment Honor’s fall 2012 fashion collection was inspired by a mix of a preppy boy and an Argentinean girl, it’s easy to look other motifs in the label’s forthcoming collection.
Sitting above the casual end of the fashion spectrum, designer Giovanna Randall’s latest collection for Honor takes those two themes and overlays some of the elements that have become evergreen fashion trends of late. Thus it’s collection of sheer layers and statement collars accented with dark winter florals and patterns and weaves with a South American slant.
Often playing to long cuts, Honor’s fall / winter 2012 collection is a rather conservative take on the season, one that’s light on outerwear, heavy on dresses and highlighted by some eye catching takes on the women’s short suit.
