Wide pant cuts, muted colours and layerings of hoods, knits and chunky scarves gave Kolor’s fall / winter 2014 collection a youthful, ruffian charm. I can’t use the word scruffy though, because that would be inaccurate: it was a little careless, but never far from refined. Sometimes outfits leaned entirely to the casual side: denim shirts peeping out from velour zip-up jackets, heavy handycraft reindeer knits. But several wool-felt suits with contrasting panels or leather patches, worn with forest green high tops and wooly grey snoods, took the collection’s nonchalant charm to a higher level of elegance.
