Deutz Swap My Style is back – and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. For those not familiar with the concept, it’s a way to trade in your designer wardrobe orphans and take home new treasures. And as well as being a fun way to recycle clothing there are lots of other reasons to attend this time around:

  • ‘Pop Up Stores’ will be at selected events, where clothes from Australian designers will be for sale at 30-70% off
  • Guests can enjoy a ‘pamper lounge’ with makeovers, hairstyling and mini manicures
  • There’ll be panel discussions with style experts, hosted by fashion commentator Melissa Hoyer
  • Guests will be treated to a complimentary glass of Deutz Marlborough Cuvee on arrival, as well as delicious canapes

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
