Given it’s often left-of-centre showings (read: smaller budgets), London fashion week (LFW) often doesn’t attract the biggest modelling names. There are the odd shows, however, that certainly do have pull. Issa London’s autumn 2012 showing as a good example.

The temperature didn’t exactly demand it, but the heavens decided to open up Saturday afternoon sending London fashion week (LFW) attendees scrambling for the umbrellas they probably forgot to bring. Not supermodel Eniko Mihalik, however. She simply reached for her beanie.

The Jewellery feels like an afterthought in this previously unreleased shot from David Webb’s jewellery campaign in which Eniko Mihalik snogs a plastic Terry, whilst he photographs. A tad voyeuristic, though not by Richardson standards.

Update: you can now view Eniko’s full (NSFW) shoot after the break. Going beyond wet look hair into just plain wet, Eniko Mihalik proves the obsession with mermaids is strong not just for editorials, but for cover stories. Hair can change the look of a person. We’ve all had that experience of having a bad hair day (and seemingly nothing else can go right on such a day); or a great hair day where it doesn’t matter what we wear or whether we go through our full beauty routine, the hair simply elevates us. Hairstyles can also define an era. In a Tom…

When the surface of your world is blanketed in snow, you know winter’s cold fingers are in full grip. It’s then that fur – faux or real, whatever your heart desires and your moral compass allows – takes on a whole new aesthetic. Between an enveloping fur coat and a sweeping white landscape the wearer can become as icy as Narnia’s White Witch; but in…

Believe it or not, there are trends in nudity much as there are trends in clothing. We talk about nudity in fashion, the use of the naked body to convey a sense of the fashionable, or to sell (ironically) clothing. And in watching the trend we’ve seen it go from raw sexuality to soft sensuality, and of late a move back to the naked body…
