Halloween brings to mind ghosts and ghouls, blood, guts and gore, creatures of the night and of course Thriller, but this dramatic runway show was trans-formed into fashion flair of the hautest kind. No goblins, witches or fairies appeared, instead there were wide-eyed models strutting down the runway adorned in the eclectic styles of local designers in the Virginia Beach area.
