While the life of a Victoria’s Secret supermodel involves, no doubt, a constant barrage of fan-like adoration from all sides, ask Lindsey Ellingson about true love and it’s not a definition that comes easily. At the launch of Victoria’s Secret’s new Gorgeous Push-Up Bra and new fragrances Simply Gorgeous and Bombshell in Love, we got the lovely Miss Ellingson pondering on that question. And if…

The Victoria’s Secret show 2011 will be on the runway in a matter of hours. Anticipated for it’s energy, entertainment value and star power as much as for it’s lingerie, the question isn’t just what will be on the catwalk but who. So who can we expect to see bounding down the runway this year, wings fluttering, eyelashes batting, kisses blowing with targeted determination towards…

For the fashion photo votary who is still undecided about whether or not to invest in Russell James’ V2 coffee table photo book, please allow us to offer up another photo shoot from the publication. Featuring another Victoria’s Secret model, Erin Heatherton, this shoot adheres to both the book’s and James’ aesthetic of a black and white photos set amongst remote and romanticised locations.

Russell James‘s V2 coffee table book is fast becoming the book to gift this Christmas to anyone in the fashion industry with a passion for black and white photography. Here’s another preview of what you’ll be privy to between its covers, with model Lindsay Ellingson and the Victoria’s Secret topless bikini the subject of James’ camera.

We’ve seen Catherine McNeil looking glamorous poolside for H&M Magazine’s summer issue; but if you’re after something a little more casual and bohemian, the retail giant also have that area covered. There are bright prints and flowing long florals; but by far my favourite looks on duo Skye Stracke and Lindsay Ellingson are the soft powdery blues that mimic the cloudless sky.

A halter-neck monokini that is missing something crucial, say it’s top, is sure to turn heads. Thus Victoria’s Secret naming of it as the topless bikini, while accurate, simply lacks the impact that the advertising campaign promises (and delivers). Topless bikini? Just too simple. So may I instead proffer up the ‘half-kini’ as modelled by Lindsay Ellingson. Visual impact and appropriate naming aside, it’s barely-there…
