The Kate Upton phenomena continues, with the news that Upton is the cover star of Carine Roitfeld’s first CR Fashion Book. Roitfeld has themed the issue around ‘rebirth’, stating that the birth of her first Grandchild put babies on her brain.
Carine Roitfeld’s magazine, CR Fashion Book, will launch its debut issue on September 13, and while not much has been seen from inside the pages, this rather striking preview shot has been released. The mix of sombre and sexy, the Gothicism of the graveyard setting and the Parisian all-black, the bold burst of colour; it’s not hard to spy Roitfeld’s hand in the styling.
Playing the role of an elegant young starlet in the limelight, having to stay poised and gracious in front of a flurry of photographers, mustn’t be too much of a stretch for Mila Kunis.
