Tom Ford to show at London Fashion Week

Tom Ford, though oft quoted as being largely anti-fashion week, will show his spring 2012 womenswear collection at London Fashion Week this September. Though not the first time he’s shown during London Fashion Week, this year presents a marked difference: his presentation on the official schedule. We’ve been saying it for a long time, and now Financial Times agrees. Velvet for men is sexy. Macy’s are experimenting with fast fashion by way of a limited edition range of collections, the first to be designed by Kinder Aggugini. Let’s hope fast doesn’t mean cheap in price and quality.
