Street style: Prada's thigh-high fishing waders

Ok, so I've commented previously on the relative impracticality of luxury thigh high fishing waders; and though we've more than once noted their popularity in magazine editorials, we were still pretty skeptical that they'd be a workable look on the street. As with most things though, there's always an exception to the rule - and today, it turns out to be this lass.
Captured by Style Sightings on the streets of Paris, we get the distinct impression that this fashion-lover well and truly understood the thinking behind Miuccia Prada's country-inspired collection.

There aren't too many alpha-females out there and, though she might deny it, Tania Braukamper certainly exudes their qualities.
