Personally I think it depends on face shape and the outfit. It can make skinny guys look like criminals or junkies.
Nathan, I know the razor you mentioned, for the life of me I've forgotten who made it though. It had something like 3 different settings on it so it could be used to sculpt facial hair. Department stores and places like Harvey Norman used to (and still may) stock them.
