Fashion Weekly Daily think they might have a crystal ball when it comes to the future of men’s fashion. After covering last week’s ENK Collective they’ve put together a list of what they see as the forthcoming trends in men’s clothing.

* Slickly styled corporate-chic inspiration from the 80′s “Greed is Good” era.
* A move toward tailored clothing mixed in a casual way. The jacket is strong again, and tailored pants are replacing denim… Casting back to the Rat Pack days, men are once again dressing up to go out.
* Inspiration of ’60s sharp tailoring and Technicolor glam. See films Get Carter, Escape from Alcatraz, and Harlequin.
* From head to toe, it’s still all about linen. There was a tremendous trend towards shorts and woven shirts picking up over knits again.
* The color thing is calming down now; it’s all very soft and neutral.

Late one Oxford night Daniel P Dykes set about creating a fashion publication that would go someway to being an arbiter on fashion as it appeals to the emerging power generations: those who don't remember a world without the Internet and for whom work plays second fiddle to pleasure. And so Fashionising.com was born as a publication for those who were focussed not just on fashion's trends, but on society's too, and how those trends could all go to heighten the art of living. Hence, Daniel sees a future where, for those young at heart, both fashion and style are grounded in traditional quality, but with a youthful, sensualised edge. Daniel is Fashionising.com's Editor in Chief and Chairman.
