So being empowered is cool, but how about generating your own power? Late last year one of our Christmas desires was the Logan bag from Noon Solar. It wasn't the prettiest thing in the world but I thought it was pretty cool. Today I stumbled (thanks boing boing) on C'N'C CoSTUME NATIONAL's take on the idea, again it's not an exactly revolutionary design but it's certainly an improvement. Below is the Logan from Noon Solar compared to the new C'N'C bag, and after a jump an interview with it's designer Ennio Capasa.

You'd have to have your head in the sand if you don't believe that solar and the environment are not some of the biggest issues facing the world today, no matter what your stance on them are.
We're also inundated with gadgets of every kind with everything from your iPod to your Blackberry needing constant charging are bags like this the next logical step? I'm thinking probably not, but stranger things have happened.
Will we be seeing a burst of solar in fashion, or is this some of the last dieing gasps of geek chic? We'll probably have to wait till next years runways to find out.

It's left to Allan to bring the street look to Fashionising.com. It's simply his scene, and, let's face it, his tastes in high-top Nikes will never be shared by the rest of us. Marrying colourful bright colours with awfully tight skinny jeans has become a trademark look for him, and shows the true nature of fashion trend divergence we're always blogging about. Always beating the pavements of some inner-city hub look to Allan for upcoming street trends that may end up mainstream sooner then you think. He says: Beware of neon. We say: Why do you wear it then?
