All I know is, we can add Rachel Bilson to the list. And I have to say, she looks as cute as a button.
2008's fringe takes it's cues from Kate Moss' hair; thick, a bit messy, just-out-of-bed... too fine and the sex-kitten effect is lost. And so, Rachel's hair is perfect for it.
