Ok, so ponytails and fringes aren’t exactly new. But we think Kate Moss looked hot recently wearing her hair up in a fresh schoolgirl-esque ponytail with fringe. Oh yeah, and it might also have something to do with the super-tight black leather jacket and latex pants.
