Spring / summer 2013 is just around the corner and while it is easy to get lost in a sea of light and feminine colors there is still a grungier and tougher alternative when it comes to makeup: kohl rimmed eyes. Out of all the makeup trends this spring 2013, this look is dark and edgier making it perfect if you want to stand out. Winged out, clean eyeliner on the top lid has become a staple in women’s makeup as this highlights the shape of the eyes but for this season, dark and smudgy also makes a statement. Kohl rimmed eyes can be done in different ways. Whether you go all the way around your eyes or just the top or bottom, this smoldering look is one you should try.
