We can't help but notice that Paris Hilton is wearing stay-ups as outwear more and more frequently; we've even tipped that this is a part of a larger fashion trend of underwear as outerwear. And here she is again, using Halloween as the perfect excuse to get her suspender belt out again.

Somebody said to me that brains are becoming the new beautiful, while I don't completely agree it seems that we're having an influx of luxe designer gadgets to fulfill our needs. It seems to have all started with the D&G V3 with the high end designer house jumping aboard the already popular Motorola phone and adding a little bling. Soon after, we saw Prada team up with LG and bring out the very chic Prada phone one of the very first to have what is quickly becoming the feature du jour: the large touch screen.
Now the latest designer to throw their hat into the ring is Giorgio Armani, pairing up with Samsung to bring their offering of the new Armani phone which unsurprisingly is packing a touch screen too. To mix it up a bit they will also be bringing out a TV amongst, from what we've heard, a bevy of other household electronics.

The Armani Phone
We haven't seen a lot of Kate Moss lately - but on a few of the occasions where she has popped up from hiding, she's stuck pretty closely to her trademark style. Here she is wearing the same black fedora we wrote about recently when looking at hat trends, as well as being photographed in a straw version. Both outfits were accompanied by silver metallic flats.

If you read Hat Trends: Part 1 then you're already in the know about which hats are hot right now. You'd even know your trilby from your fedora.
So, who's wearing what?
The floppy wide-brimmed hats pioneered by Sienna Miller in her boho days have given way to the more structured, masculine styles like the fedora. Kate Moss and Keira Knightley, both big hat wearers, have both been spotted in fedoras lately.

I'm a big fan of hats, even though I barely get around to actually wearing them. There are tons of different options when it comes to hats, and we've seen everything from furry Cossack hats to turbans to berets on the runways in recent seasons. The music scene has also been influencing hat trends. What's hot and what's not right now?
What to wear?
Classic is best when it comes to hats right now. For both girls and guys the best styles to wear are (clockwise as shown below) the fedora, trilby, pork pie, derby / bowler, beret and panama. Chunky knit beanies have also been on the runways a lot of late - sure to keep you toasty in winter - or if you're not into beanies and prefer something more classic, go for a knit beret instead.

The Animal Print Trend continues as one of the most enduring of recent seasons. When we last looked at the trend Christina Aguilera had married a pair of Christian Louboutins with an oatmeal trench coat and has since worn the heels on numerous other occasions.

If you're after looking to stand-out equally as much, Louboutin have followed up with leopard print in the way of their Rolando Haircalf Pump.
Remember that trend for embellished headbands, worn over the top of the hair? Mischa Barton was looking like a bit of a space cadet recently with a sparkly headband encircling her head as well as a metallic dress.

For many they are a necessity - but despite the stigma historically associated with them, glasses are now more acceptable than ever. During the Autumn / Winter collections, various designers sent models down the runway, male and female, in specs.

Pollini, Hermes, La Perla.
We've been watching the Rayban Wayfarers trend and it seems like every celebrity and their dog has been wearing them lately. Elle Macpherson jumped on the Wayfarers bandwagon at the Herb Ritts photography exhibition in London.

We've seen the turban fashion trend evolve from distinct turban into a turban-cum-headband, but we never thought we'd see the day when the trend was pushed into men's collections.
