A little while ago, we wrote about denim mini shorts being ubiquitous in the celebrity fashion world. That was last year, and shorts back were tiny with hipster waists.
Since then a trend has emerged for high-waists, in everything from skirts to jeans to shorts.
After several seasons of black and grey dominating the runways and the streets, it's no wonder some have rebelled by wearing bold, bright colours. Bright blue is one colour that's been getting some air-time lately - as seen below.
