‘Gladiator’ sandals and heels

For those with their finger on the pulse they were a major feature of last summer, but we haven’t seen much in the way of gladiator sandals this time around. The exception is, of course, Mary-Kate Olsen who was spotted about in a Chanel pair recently.

All Stars Trend Update – Ashley Olsen

We’ve already been watching a range of celebrities wearing the Converse All Stars trend – from Sienna Miller to Nicole Richie to David Tennant’s Dr Who, they’re regularly dressed up or down and can be worn by girls or guys. Ashley Olsen was spotted wearing her chucks with leggings, a leather jacket, and an oversized bag.

Trend: Metallic Heels

Metallics have been a strong trend of late, seen in everything from dresses to bags to belts. Over the past few weeks we’ve seen a lot of celebrities stepping out in metallic heels, suggesting that the trend is nearing its peak. Lindsay Lohan; Cameron Diaz wears metallic heels by Sergio Rossi; Victoria Beckham in her Christian Louboutins.
